• Min DSCR >= 1.15x
• Max LTV <= 80%
• Fixed Rate Hybrid Loans including 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15-Year Fixed
• Net Cash Flow calculations include reserves for Vacancy, Management and Replacement Reserves ($200-$300/unit)
